Resource-Related Quality Objectives
  • The quality of ESB programmes is based in essence on the qualifications of the lecturers. This is why ESB Business School promotes the professional skills and research activities of its teaching staff.
  •  ESB teaching practice integrates current research questions as well as practical projects in cooperation with companies.

  • ESB Business School provides sufficient media and IT equipment as well as self-study and experiment lab zones.

Quality Assurance

- Teaching evaluations and the graduate survey elicit relevant and constructive feedback from students.

- Regular degree programme audits ensure the implementation of internal and external quality specifications and thus accreditation.

- An ‘Assurance of Learning (AoL)’ process verifies that students successfully achieve the intended qualification goals of their study programmes.

Quality Development

  • Structural and developmental planning incorporates results from regular self-evaluations and drives improvement measures.
  • Relevant stakeholders such as the Advisory Board, alumni, and external technical and professional reviewers are involved in the further development of the programmes.
  • Reaccreditation by the Accreditation Council achieved in 2020 confirms the successful strategy and processes in place for implementing the aforementioned quality goals.
