Below, you find a list of completed projects.

AOK Dig

Contract research for the AOK health insurance company Baden-Württemberg, in cooperation with the Fraunhofer Institute IAO and the University of the German Federal Armed Forces in Munich.

The project examined the impact of the digitisation of business processes on employees, leadership, culture, commitment and cooperation on the basis of past experience of the AOK. The methodology of the project is based on expert assessment, existing scientific studies as well as a qualitative interview study at the AOK Baden-Württemberg. At the heart of the project lay the establishment of a frame of reference and identification of specific fields of activity. The identified fields of activity showed the impact the digitisation of business processes has on employees, leadership and cooperation and how they can be targeted in companies.

The project is completed.
